integrated into the hospital system’s existing learning management system. The videos provided instruction on critical topics necessary for the effective operation of hospital equipment and services, as well as the delivery of high-quality patient care during an event. Our in-house marketing and communications team led the end-to-end production process, including concept development, scripting, and professional production. The team was on-site to film a live exercise walk-through of the plan, documenting every detail for training purposes, from preparation and first response through to demobilization. We integrated that footage into cohesive, step-by-step modules to educate staff on the entire process. To accompany the video series, Tidal Basin developed a pocket-sized guide for hospital staff to use as a quick- reference tool during incidents. Together, the videos and guide provided staff with in-depth training and an accessible, on-hand resource to reinforce learning and support continuity of hospital operations and patient care under emergency conditions.
Working closely with the client and following the established parameters of the 15 ’til 50 Plan, Tidal Basin developed an 8-part modular training video series that seamlessly
