Base Camp Housing MLU’s fleet of multi-person sleeper trailers and bunkhouses is designed for rapid setup and efficient occupancy. With multiple strategic warehouse locations and disciplined logistics, our team can dispatch equipment and personnel quickly and scale housing blocks up or down as your workforce expands or contracts.

Base Camp Utilities and Life-Safety Infrastructure Base camps succeed or fail on infrastructure. MLU designs, installs, and operates the power, water, lighting, HVAC, and site services that keep your camp running safely 24/7, ensuring the camps are built for redundancy, peak demand periods, and the realities of remote or post-disaster conditions.

On-Site Power Generation Modern generator packages (including Tier 4 compliant options, as required) with distribution planning, continuous on-site power, and redundancy options for mission-critical operations.

Water Services Complete water services for consistent potable water supply, storage, and distribution, plus gray water collection and removal to keep operations sanitary and compliant.

Light Towers Generator-powered, energy efficient LED light towers provide safe nighttime operations across living, dining, and circulation routes.

HVAC Heating and cooling solutions provided throughout base camps. We use a system approach aligned to applicable standards and local appliance/equipment requirements as required by the mission and jurisdiction.
