Tidal Basin holds the City’s term contract to provide emergency management and recovery grant management services. Michael Baker provided GIS services. Tidal Basin provided hazard mitigation planning service. Michael Baker provided GIS services. Tidal Basin provided grant and case management, website development, technology case management system, and applicant intake and eligibility review service. Michael Baker provided subject matter expert support (structures, coastal). Tidal Basin provided advisory support in the state’s EOC and supported the state’s NCS program with grant and case management services, including technology and contact center solutions for applicant intake and eligibility reviews and processing. Tidal Basin also provided Starlink satellite communication system. Michael Baker provided reporting and GIS. Under FDEM’s HMGP grant program, Tidal Basin and Michael Baker provided staff augmentation, including assessors and advisors to local municipalities to support damage assessments and data entry, permitting, and advisory services across several affected counties and municipalities. Tidal Basin provided state and county EOC advisory consulting, grant and case management support including technology system and contact center solutions, debris management solutions including RoE support, Starlink satellite communication systems deployment, and hazard mitigation consulting.
